Dr. Sarah Friend, MD, is a triple board-certified medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer. She also holds certifications in internal medicine, hematology, and oncology. In addition, she brings more than eight years of experience at Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute. There, she was recognized as one of the top medical providers for exceptional patient care and outstanding satisfaction scores.
Because many patients need extended, patient-centered consultations, she founded myFriendMD. This platform provides in-depth, one-hour sessions for patients. Each session equips them with knowledge and confidence to navigate their treatment journey more clearly.

She earned her BS from Emory University and her MD from Florida State University College of Medicine. Afterward, she completed her internal medicine training at Orlando Health. She then completed her hematology and oncology training at the University of New Mexico Cancer Center.

This virtual cancer coaching service offers 1-hour sessions focused on education, clarity, and confidence. Clients set the agenda themselves.
